Servicing by a Factory Trained Engineer

Our factory trained engineers will carry out the following as part of your service call (varies depending on machine type but is likely to include most of the following):

• Full visual inspection (inside and out)
• PAT test on appropriate equipment
• Electrical loading test
• Temperature checks (Element loading)
• Water hardness test
• Performance and quality of cycles
• Clean and sanitize where appropriate

He can then:

• Advise on the machine condition and operation
• Let you know of any impending problems and offer advice or quote for repair
• Give advice on correct operation and cleaning
• Write a full and detailed report on his findings
